Sheetseat designed by Ufuk Keskin. Poduced from a sheet of plywood and can be folded back to it's flat form with only 3/4" thickness. It was exhibited at IDSA's Equilateral duringNew York Design Week.
"Produced by cutting a sheet of plywood, the chair can be folded flat with 3/4" thickness. Easy production and minimal assemled volume saves labor & energy for production and transportation."

The future wheelchair?

The design of the Elevating Wheelchair is meant to restore a measure of equality when it comes to looking other people in the eye. Designed by Melbourne student Jake Eadie, the concept design hopes to change the way we see wheelchair-bound people by giving them a kind of equal footing in day-to-day body language situations.

The Elevating Wheelchair would have two modes, sitting and standing, and employ durable shock absorbers for rough urban terrain.

The bike is up, then the bike is down. You sit on the bike upright in the city, then set it down to cruise in the suburbs. It’s intuitive, it’s wild and I want one.

When you have to go!

Peel the cover, assemble the “Dish”, squat and do your job, then let the soil and coal ash do its job (solidifies your waste), fold, seal and dispose! Super! Now you can down more burgers, pizzas, whatever! Oh and do wash your hands after wiping your butt!
